Addie and her two brothers, Arby and Asher, came to our rescue as stray pups at the very young age of 4 weeks old. They had been born under a building in the same mobile home subdivision where, due to owner irresponsibility, a number of other unwanted litters have also come. We're not sure how many puppies were originally in this litter as some were carted off by children whose parents allowed them to take the pups away from the mom. Efforts to put an end to the excessive breeding of dogs within this trailer park are being attempted but met with reluctance by the residents/owners and without any assistance from law enforcement.

Addie hasn't let her difficult beginning to life stop her from being very people friendly and well socialized. She has an incredibly affectionate personality and loves to snuggle up in the arms of whoever is tending to her. With proper training and guidance, Addie will grow into becoming a great family companion.

Prior to her adoption, Addie will have received all three of her first year "puppy" vaccines as well as her scheduled de-wormings and other such vet care. She'll need to receive her rabies vaccination after 12 weeks of age. Addie's adopter must agree to having her spay once she reaches 6 months of age and provide verification of such to our rescue. And, of course, Addie will require all of her basic training.
