***AnnaBelle is currently at our rescue in Georgia, but also available for adoption in the New Jersey and surrounding areas. An application for her adoption should be submitted at socorescue.com (no need to "Register" or "Login". Questions about AnnaBelle and/or our adoption policy should be sent to socorescue8@gmail.com; please do not call the shelter's number.*** AnnaBelle came to our rescue way back in 2019 after being found as a stray nursing puppies. She was adopted by a woman in New Jersey, but unfortunately the adopter returned AnnaBelle as she didn't feel the adoption was a good fit for her. Since that time, AnnaBelle has waited patiently for another chance to find her forever home. Now at 9 years old and slightly overweight, AnnaBelle still possesses that same calm, loving and playful spirit that has captivated the hearts of everyone who has met her. She enjoys spending her days basking in the sun or just lounging inside a home with her people close by. She proven to be very well house trained but may need a refresher course once in a new home. AnnaBelle's negatives: she prefers being the only dog and isn't too fond of cats. Other than that, she is simply. wonderful dog. In addition to being treated for her heartworms, Annabelle has also been fully vetted and kept on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
