***Gumbo will be available for adoption at Rosedale Mills (Pennington, NJ) over the Sept 13-15 weekend. At this time, we're only accepting applications from the NJ and surrounding areas.***

Gumbo and his siblings came to our rescue after being found as strays in a neighboring area. We believe the pups were most likely abandoned since the area they were found in is a known dumping area for unwanted animals. Despite being homeless, Gumbo and his litter mates were all in relatively good condition but still needed to be treated for worms and parasites.

Gumbo has a great personality and is has been very well socialized towards people and other dogs. He's full of energy, will need ample room to stretch his already long legs and loves the attention he receives from his human counterparts. While we have him listed as a Lab mix, we're not positive as to his true breed mix. With proper training, Gumbo will make a great family companion.

Gumbo has already received 2 of 3 of his first year puppy vaccinations, rabies vaccine, been de-wormed and started on his monthly preventatives. His adopter must agree to having Gumbo neutered at 6 months of age and provide proof of such to our rescue. A microchip will accompany his adoption.
