George, born August 13, 2010 to a lovely couple in West Chester, NY is in need of a new forever home. You see a few years back George lost his home when his owners died within 6 weeks of each other. Family members were unable to keep George so a colleague stepped in and began fostering. Before they new it they too fell in love with George. 
This brings us to today. George's new family has been under construction for a few years now and Geo rge just isn't thriving in that environment. All the commotion of workers in and out has not been good for him. With a heavy heart they know it would be best for George to go to a less active household. He has been great with other dogs and children. He walks nicely on a leash and is up to date on his vaccines. George's back leg was fused as a small dog. The history is unknown of what exactly happened but it doesn't seem to bother him at all. 
He so deserves to finally be in his last forever home. He will be good with an older couple as well as a less active family.
