L.C. and his four siblings came to SoCo from horrid conditions.  They were absolutely petrified of everything around them.  After lots of with them with daily human contact L.C. is still a fearful little boy.  He will need a home that has lots of patience and time to work with him. L.C. is a smart boy that catches onto routine quickly.
